Just a little bit about the helmet:

It's a $30 Spencer Gifts Don Post (It was cracked across the visor and top). I stripped it and removed the "front face shield" area, adding a custom piece to set back the lens. I narrowed it slightly for proportioning. I cut and hand formed the smoked lexan. Painted it in diff layers to add realistic chips and scratches. I tried really hard to color match it to the ROTJ helmet. Added a chin strap, CPU fan, speaker, headset and put working lights in the antenna. WHEW...It also has a velcro-in chin cover to hide the chin/strap area.
